Our personalized books are custom produced in scheduled production runs and ship within the estimated timeframe shown on the product page when your order was placed.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, your order is still in production and on schedule. You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships!

I pre-ordered a Blank Book or tray

Pre-order items do not ship immediately and will ship once inventory arrives.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, your order is still being processed and is likely on schedule to ship around the estimated date shown at the time of purchase.

You will receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

I thought my order was in stock and would ship right away

Some items on our website are ready to ship, while others are custom made-to-order or available for pre-order.

If it has been more than 3–5 business days and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order likely includes a custom or pre-order item.

If you did not realize this and would like to request a cancellation, please click here to submit a request.

    All personalized and pre-order book orders placed between December 1st and January 21st.

    Shipped end-February.

  • Round 2 - Shipping soon!

    All personalized and pre-order book orders placed between January 22nd and April 8th.

    Shipping mid-May.

  • Round 3 - OPEN NOW

    All personalized and pre-order book orders placed between April 9th and July 15th.

    Shipping mid-August.

  • Round 4 - Last 2026 round

    All personalized and pre-order book orders placed between July 16th and October 15th.

    Shipping mid-November.
