Pastel Proper began in 2022 with a simple idea: the places we love deserve something more personal than a souvenir and more lasting than a photo on a phone.

Our signature blank books were created to give those places a home. Designed to be displayed, gifted, and filled over time, each one becomes a place for handwritten notes, guest signatures, photos, inside jokes, family traditions, and the little details that make a destination feel yours.

In 2025, friends Eleanor and Marie took ownership of Pastel Proper, bringing together their love of interiors and backgrounds in design, retail, and consulting. Today, they are building
the brand around thoughtful design, meaningful gifting, and the belief that the best pieces in a home are the ones with a story behind them.
