Shipping

All orders ship within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Once shipped, orders travel via standard ground shipping unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

Returns

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at pastelproper@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can make it right!

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend:

  1. Double-checking around your home or porch area and with neighbors.
  2. Confirming the shipping address entered at checkout.
  3. Contacting the carrier directly — they’re often able to locate misdelivered packages within a few days.

If you’ve completed these steps and your package still hasn’t turned up, please reach out to us at pastelproper@gmail.com. While we can’t guarantee replacements for items lost or stolen after delivery, we’ll always do our best to help you resolve the issue!
